Found this song in a game called Mass Effect 2 about a year ago, and I've been listening to it since then. Good stuff!
Alright cool so this is a blog for me to vent, discuss, and teach about things I know, experiences I have...experienced, and to ramble on when I'm avoiding homework/work.

?
Why does it seem like everyone tries to screw you over? So a little backstory..
When Scott and I decided to move into North Street Condos, we met with the land lord at his 'other' work office, since I'm assuming managing the condos isn't his main business (sketchy). So he prints off the lease and hands us a copy, which we look over relatively quickly since it was just awkward sitting in his office. Scott pointed out to me that the rent was $695, which he told us over the phone our month-by-month lease would cost $650 a month (sketchy). He proceeds to tell us that 'oops he must have misunderstood on the phone' and that the month-by-month was going to cost more, since it was more risk to him (sketchy). So after talking with Steve, we decide our best plan is to just go ahead and take out a 6-month lease and play by his rules. The only reason I wanted month by month was because I didn't really know my life plans by this point.
We go in there and agree to his terms. He tells us that he needs us to sign a form and give him a blank check with VOID written on it so he can confirm our account and set up direct withdrawal (sketchy). Well, me being a guy who enjoys receiving bill statements on paper, and see all my money exchange through my hands before it goes to anyone, ask him if I can just send him the rent each month, and he can ask my previous landlords and find that I have never been late with a rent check.
"Well kid, no we can't do it like that, it's time to grow up."
I'm more infuriated at the endless stupidity in that statement than at the fact that he won't accept a check every month. I mean, it doesn't even make sense.
So anyways, today I look at my account statement through a new site I've found, mint. I see that $45 was taken out of my account through North Street Condos (sketchy). I'm pretty sure he already took the $650 out on the first of the month. I have my reasons for everything I do, and this is one reason I don't like setting up account withdrawal.
I've decided he will have one of two responses to my confrontation with him that will happen tomorrow, if he answers his phone, which he usually doesn't (sketchy).
1) "Oh, that is weird, I didn't take any money out, just go ahead and cancel the transaction with your bank." Probably the best of the two responses, but there is still the fact that I don't want to watch my bank account everyday when now I know I can't trust anyone with direct withdrawal that doesn't have extensive credibility, say the U of A or something. So he will get an earful about how I want to cancel this and how he should grow up and watch his withdrawals like a legitimate businessman.
2) "Well there was this fee from this one thing because of somethingoranother." After I carefully read the lease tonight, I will make sure there are no bogus fees attached to anything. If I did sign my name under a clearly stated bogus fee, however, I am screwed.
I had to vent, I'm just really tired of having to keep track of stuff I shouldn't have to.
